ABOUT DNJ BUILDING

DNJ Building Services is a family owned and run design & build specialist based on the border of Hampshire and Surrey. Most of what we do is centered on Farnham, Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet and surrounding areas. We like to stay local where we have a long-standing network of reliable trades and suppliers. It also means we have a reputation to keep and we are very proud of the work we have done and the many reference sites we can happlily introduce prospective clients to.

WE DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT AND PLANS

After an initial phone consultation, we like to meet, see the property and discuss your requirements. You might already have plans drawn up but we can also do that for you and advise on whether you need planning permission or not and how best to proceed.

In our time we have seen many plans that can easily be improved and delivered faster and more cost-effectively. We are full of great ideas.

WE DO OUR HOMEWORK COSTINGS AND TIMELINE

Once a plan is in place, we fully cost it and work out a timeline. Barring any changes you make during the job, which need to be re-costed, the price we present you is fixed so there are no nasty surprises!

We pride ourselves on offering great value for money. We do this by remaining low overhead (no offices or excess staff etc) and pass the savings on to you.

WE GET BUSY DELIVERING YOUR PROJECT

At DNJ we're not happy if you're not delighted. Having disruption at your home and many trades on site can be stressful, and we recognise that. We also recognise it might be a once in a lifetime experience and we see it as our job to involve you as much as you wish and make the whole process as painless as we possibly can.

From planning through to final delivery we never forget about that. Don't take that from us though - ask to meet a previous customer and visit a finished project.
